Perhaps one of the most annoying aspects of owning and running a business is dealing with the wide range of IT and communication suppliers. In this day and age there seems to be a different company for everything – computer hardware, software, telecommunications, Internet service, photocopiers, printers, point-of-sale, financial management, payroll – the list goes on!
