The battle for Ashgrove - Kate Jones vs Campbell Newman

ReachTEL has conducted a poll of 539 residents in the Ashgrove electorate. We asked a series of questions including voting intention, party commitment and two party preferred vote.

 

The polling was conducted using our fully automated voice broadcast market research capabilities. This gives us the ability to have audited research results back in our customer's hands in literally hours instead of days or even weeks.

Key findings:

  • Campbell Newman’s primary vote slipped slightly however still well clear of Kate Jones.
  • Swinging vote could decide the seat with more than one in ten not yet committed to their vote.
  • Support for Katter’s Australian Party in this metropolitan seat is negligible.
