Should we reach a voicemail service, we can leave a customised message with return telephone numbers, reference numbers or other payment details. We can also elect to hang-up, and reattempt the customer at a later stage.

When customer know they have an outstanding debt they can be elusive. The ReachTEL platform includes no less than three communication channels - telephone, SMS and email. All of our services are fully integrated meaning should a customer not be contactable via one method or the contact information be invalid the system can gracefully default back to another technology.
